We're excited to meet your pup. This brief questionnaire helps our grooming team learn about your dog's personality, grooming history, and any special considerations so we can provide a safe, personalized, and stress-free experience.
Most clients complete this form in about 3–5 minutes.
Grooming Essentials
Grooming is by appointment only.
Full Service Grooms are scheduled Monday-Friday. Full Service Baths are offered Monday-Saturday.
No grooms are scheduled on Sundays or major holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Grooming does not include daycare but if you'd like daycare for your pup on their groom day, call (352) 355-4310 to schedule a half day of play & a grooming appointment.
Dogs must be current on Bordetella, Rabies & Distemper/Parvovirus.
